Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains what InkListed collects, why we collect it, and how the official InkListed Pinterest app uses Pinterest data. Switch NL or EN in the header to read it in Dutch or English.
Who we are
InkListed is the website at inklisted.com where people discover digital tattoo stencils and flash designs. We are based in the Netherlands. For privacy questions, write to support@inklisted.com.
What we collect
If you browse without an account, we may collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser, and pages viewed. If you create an account, we store your name, email, password or social-login reference, language, saved designs, follows, and requests. Artists and studios may also add a profile, studio details, and design files. Uploaded originals stay private until a buyer is entitled to download them. Public pages show watermarked previews, titles, descriptions, prices, and the artist name.
Why we use it
We use this data to run the site: show designs, keep you signed in, save your picks, let artists publish work, send requests, improve reliability, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
Accounts and social login
You can sign up with email or with Google, Apple, or Facebook. Those providers send us the account details needed to create or log in to your InkListed account, such as your name and email. We do not post to those accounts. Studio owners may also connect Instagram or TikTok so we can check an official handle. That proof is not a public login for visitors.
InkListed has a Pinterest developer app used only with the official InkListed Pinterest account. Visitors and artists do not connect their own Pinterest accounts on this site. An InkListed admin can connect that official account. We then store access and refresh tokens on our servers, read the account and boards, and may create a board and pins. A pin uses a watermarked preview, a title, a short description, and a link back to the public design page on inklisted.com. We only pin a design when the artist has opted in to promotion. We never send original download files to Pinterest. Existing pins stay on Pinterest until they are removed there. Pinterest processes pin data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Hosting, cookies, and analytics
The site is hosted on Vercel. Design files are stored on Vercel Blob. Necessary cookies and similar storage keep you signed in and remember your language. Optional Vercel Analytics counts page views only after you accept it in the cookie banner. We do not use those tools to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep data
Account and published design data stay while the account or design is active. Drafts, logs, and tokens are kept only as long as needed to run the service or meet a legal duty. You can ask us to close an account or remove a design.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or UK, you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or a limit on how we use it, and you can object to some processing. Write to support@inklisted.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local authority.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The date at the top shows the current version. The latest version is always at inklisted.com/privacy.
