Terms of service
These terms cover how you use InkListed. Switch NL or EN in the header to read them in Dutch or English.
The service
InkListed is a website where people discover tattoos, tattoo artists and studios, mainly in the Netherlands. You can browse available work, save pieces, follow artists and send a request. Artists and studios can publish work and respond to requests. InkListed is not a tattoo studio and does not tattoo you.
Accounts
Some actions need an account: saving, following, sending requests, and publishing work. You can sign up with email or a social login such as Google, Apple or Facebook. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not create an account for someone else without their permission.
Requests and payment
A request tells an artist you are interested. It does not confirm a session, set a final price, or take payment. Payment on InkListed is not live yet. Until it is, any deposit, fee or appointment is between you and the artist or studio, off the site. Artists keep 100% of the tattoo price. When payment is live, collectors may pay a separate InkListed booking fee as shown at that time.
Content
You keep the rights to photos and text you upload. You give InkListed permission to show that content on the site so others can discover the work. Only post work you may share. Do not post anyone’s image without permission, illegal content, or anything that impersonates another person or studio. We may remove content or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.
Acceptable use
Use InkListed in good faith. Do not scrape, overload or try to break the site. Do not use it to spam, harass, or mislead artists or collectors. Studios listed from public health registers are a location aid, not a quality rating by InkListed.
Availability
We aim to keep InkListed available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Listings, prices, availability and artist replies can change. We are not liable for appointments, tattoo results, or disputes between collectors, artists and studios.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using InkListed after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
